Product Returns

A prerequisite for the return of products is to have in your possession the relevant purchase document proving the transaction (e.g., Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice/Shipment Note, etc.).

1) Defective Products

In case of a defective product, please contact our Company for its replacement. Our Company will replace the product provided the legal requirements are met and the terms of the Company’s return policy are adhered to. In case of returning a product if the consumer expressly wishes to replace it, he/she will receive by e-mail a discount coupon code of equal value for the purchase of another product/s, with which he/she can place a new order or simply replace the returned product.

2) Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and nominated by you acquired physical possession of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the limited liability company “NEOBEAUTY HELLAS TRADE IN OILS AND COSMETIC MEDICAL PRODUCTS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY”, located in Peristeri, Attica, Artemisiou Street, No. 52, (email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter to be sent by physical or electronic mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration of exercise of your right to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires. The products purchased must be returned in their original condition accompanied by the relevant document (sales receipt – invoice)

If the purchase was made with a credit/debit card, the transaction will be cancelled and the consumer’s account will be updated (credited) accordingly within 14 calendar days.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all monies received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will perform the above refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such refund unless you propose a different means of refund (from the one you used in the original transaction) in which case you will be charged any fees incurred by for using such different means, which (fees) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. You must send back the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day you have declared to us that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods (handling and examination of the goods must be carried out in the manner in which you would be permitted to carry out such handling and examination in a physical shop).
In particular for your refund:

Especially for cases of payment by you by cash on delivery at your residence, or in any case where it is not possible to refund by the means you used in the original transaction, your refund, in case of withdrawal, will be made, upon agreement, by deposit in your bank account at no charge to you.

* Changes to unopened packages are NOT accepted ! as well as in packages that are part of a package. The whole package must be returned

Procedure & Ways of Returning Products

1. Product Shipment:

You can send us the product to our headquarters by following the following procedure:

First you pack the products in the box in which you received your order. Inside the package you place the completed form (PDF) withdrawal form that you will receive via email after request, after contacting us and finally you send the parcel, under the attention of the Returns Department to the following address with sender’s charge.

Cancellations of orders

1. If you register your order on our website or place your order by telephone, or send a FAX with your order, in hours outside the hours of 09:00 – 17:00 on days (Monday – Friday), it is possible to cancel it a) with a subsequent e-mail to [email protected] if it is sent and received by Neobeauty. gr before 9:00 a.m. of the day of receipt of the order e-mail b) by informing, at tel. 2106020011, if the products have NOT been delivered for shipment.

2. In any other case you can cancel your order by phone at tel. 2106020011, by e-mail at [email protected], if the products have NOT been delivered for shipment. For your convenience, know your order number.

If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal requirements for accepting the return of the product are not met, then it will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.
